I have no doubt that Dr. Tribastone is competent, and that she has a real interest in helping patients. That being said, I believe there is a real disconnect somewhere between her, the office staff, and patients. You are not contacted when you're told you'll be contacted, even for time-sensitive issues. Unfortunately, this is a deal-breaker for me, so I will not be back. I have a feeling that the issue is more with the staff than Dr. Tribastone, but this reflects badly on the practice as a whole. If I had to sum up my experience in one word, it would be "ignored." I also have a hard time understanding why blood work is even done if clearly abnormal values are (pardon my repetitiveness) ignored.
