How can you call this place an Urgent Care? Two hour wait time & only two people waiting in the waiting room. I shouldn't have to go on My Charts to set up an appointment. That's if I'm going to the Doctor. An Urgent care should be a place for people to go when their doctor is closed or busy. Next time I'll go to Med express & pay the more Money! They can see you a lot faster!
