Employees with more knowledge would be a good idea. I work at ULTA in Charlottesville and have had sooooo many people come in with awful makeup saying they're coming from Sephora and asking me to please help them as they are so unsatisfied with the way they looked afterward...and I could see why. Eeeek. Step your game up!!
