A year later, when I was looking for a second Civic, they didn't have any Civics in stock but they helped me evaluate Civics at other dealerships and gave me some great tips. I can tell that they care about the quality of the cars in their inventory. All used cars are imperfect, and the guys at Seva Cars even warned me away from one of their cars, saying that I would not be happy with it. The extensive competition of the Northern Virginia used car market keeps prices low, and Seva's are among the lowest. I now call Seva first when I'm looking for a used car.
