My wife, and I were part time residents of Virginia, and West Virginia. We informed Singhas of this when we brought are taxes in. They were still filed incorrectly with us being full time Virginia residents. Of course we were hit with a $4,000 dollar bill from WV. We found out what had happened, and notified Singhas. The taxes were re-filed, this time by Mrs. Singhas, but were still filed incorrectly with us as full time West Virginia residents. Again, we were hit with another large bill, this time from Virginia. We notified them again of the error, and they were again re-filed. I was told that I would owe West Virginia a small amount. I soon received a letter from WV stating that I owed $1,500. Not really a small amount in my eyes. I contacted them once more, and was told that I had to wait for Virginia to send me a check, and that should help with shrinking the bill from WV. That check never came but, I received another from WV with interest, and penalties. We have since moved forward in settling what we owe but, we never received a call, or anything from Singhas asking if everything was ok. Mrs. Singhas couldn't even apologize herself for all of the mistakes. She had the receptionist do it. Save yourself some stress, and go somewhere else.
