Sister's African Hair Braiding Salon

This place is awful. Customer service is terrible. They will rush through your hair to get to other customers. I had problems with my style and wanted them to do it over again. They did it over but just as bad as the first style. They argued with me and stated it look like the hairstyle in the photo. And one of the hairstylist even got in my face trying to fight me because I did not like it... Ghetto environment... If I could give them a zero I would. Remove review

Not professional! Rude, no regard for your time. Waited 2 hours after my appointment time to get my hair started. The sisters yelled back and forth over my head the whole time and gave me a headache. Took a lunch break, did not tell me, just left me sitting there (I would have liked to eat too). Bathroom was nasty! Teenage children of theirs came in and took my cell phone off of my charger to charge their phone without asking. Had to hunt for it before I left with my dead battery. They get on the phone and talk loudly while they are on your head and stop working for long personal calls. Going to a salon is suppose to be a good experience. We spend a lot of money for this SERVICE. This is not the place if you want PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Only positive, my hair looked great when it was eventually done and lasted a long time.
