My experience was great with the dentist. They did a fabulous job on my fillings and cleaning. But here is the scary side of this place, I got a bill after all my procedures were done for over $500. I know i have good insurance so I call them up and asked them to explain me line by line the credits debits and insurance payments. Erica first argued that I will have to pay as the bill states.Then she was unable to explain so she told her her office manager will get back with me. Two days later I get a call from her saying their insurance payment system is automated and there was a glitch and I only owe them $58. Great I gave them a benifit of doubt and said thank you !!! Then my wife gets a call on Nov 2 7am. Again from Erica "your husband missed an appointment and if you like to reschedule you will have to pay $50 penalty as per contract." What are you serious your were trying to rob me with $500 first then $50 again? I call her up and told her I may have made the appointment but may have forgoten. She goes off again we sent you a text yesterday with automated system and you have got it. Nooooo I did not get it and she call us a lier. I think eveyone who has visited here in the past and will in future should check their bill and with insurance. I know for sure I will not be going here again but if you do be careful. They did send me bill for my miss Appointment.
