South Run Rec. Center Dog Park

This dog park is okay. Size-wise, it's really good but it's actually only a dirt field filled with rocks. Yes, I'm aware that dozens of dogs run on this every day and no, I don't expect groomed grass. I'm just wanting to give other dog owners a heads up. My pups love it, but after a while, the ground condition starts to affect my old dog's feet and he becomes visibly uncomfortable. But it's generally kept clear of poo and everyone who goes there is always really nice!

My Puggle enjoys herself so much at the dog and people friendly park. By the time my Maggie gets back home she is pooped out for the rest of the night.
