I couldn't be more dissatisfied with a hotel. Upon arrival everything was cool the one positive thing about my stay was one of the staff members by the name of Dave. Our team booked this hotel for a short stay as we were visiting the area. Once we were given our rooms we all noticed terrible smells coming from the room, we dealt with that mainly because it was only one night. None of our rooms had fresh linens or towels. No towels or wash cloths were provided for our stay. When we asked about towels at the front desk the person behind the desk was rude and didn't want to provide any to us. Our pillows weren't pillows at all it was sheets wrapped into a pillow case. There were bugs behind the beds as well as in the bathrooms. The "general manager" was rude and very unprofessional as she lied to us about who the manager in charge was. Housekeeping entered our rooms even though we had the do not disturb placards displayed. The elevators do not display any safety or annual inspections while the buttons hardly worked. Air conditioning nor the heat worked in one of our rooms as well as the tv wouldn't turn on. Overall the hotel is terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. I hate to even give it one star but its required. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
