Jason the rep was awesome. Very patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the phones...worked with us from the beginning to end. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Signed up for a great deal.

This store and Sprint are worthless. I upgraded to an IPhone 8 after turning in my IPhone 6 to the store. Was told my account would be credit and nothing else was needed. It is 3 months now and I am paying full amount on my IPhone 8 because the store either lost my phone or never mailed it when like they have to... Have called and chatted with spring multiple times and they are all helpless. I will continue to call and maybe before the 18 month lease is up, I will get credited half my money back. Do not use Sprint if you don't have them and if you do, do not go to this store. You get told something different every time you go in or call.
