Sprint Store

The handicap parking for this area is all the way to the left, AND that's where the wheelchair ramp to get up on the sidewalk is. Which doesn't give anyone relief if they need to reach the other stores. Poor planning by the building planner. No auto door. Try to arrive on off hours as there are not that many chairs for a very busy peak. Also, realistically speaking, I have never known anyone to walk in and out of a Sprint store with a phone in 25 minutes. The employee who helped me was great, but the problems kept piling up (wanted my own line), then then ENTIRE system shut down! 3 stars only because of the courteous, and sense of humor (mutual). Ugh. And I have to return.

By far one of the worst Sprint locations I've been to I walk in the store the guy never acknowledge me he just sat there and looked at me like I was not in the store and I waited for about 40 minutes horrible customer service
