The staff is always ready to help and the wait time wasn't an issue when we came here to switch services. Small but clean and they gave my daughter crayons and a book so she could color while she waited for us.
But now I am changing my review because this is the store that screwed us over on our contract! We didn’t want to buy our phones, we wanted to lease them so then we can upgrade when we wanted and all that. They didn’t give us that and they NEVER told us that they hadn’t given us the right contract! They screwed us over royally and I truly hope that SPRINT has given them a long talking to or whatever to these people for screwing us over! They should be ashamed of themselves!
