My husband and I switched from Verizon to Sprint, started the process online but had to go into the store to finish and pick up our phones. Amber and Denny were very helpful in switching all 4 of our lines. Our first bill came and there were some discrepancies which were quickly resolved. Excellent customer service at this Sprint Store. We hope to have a long relationship with them.
