I dealt with a employee name Julie, who helped me get a new phone after my old phone had met its end. Julie quite remarkably went well out of her way to help sort of the usual problems everyone has to deal with with Sprint, switching phones, call centers, their billing system, etc. She was able to work around my constraints and the need to have a phone that same day. Julie accomplished the uncommon feat nowadays of treating a customer like a fellow human being. I've dealt with dozens of sprint employees in the past, both in person and on the phone, and I doubt I'll ever get the same degree as customer satisfaction, honesty and genuine care again.
