So i work at a coffee shop supplied by Starbucks. There are standards that apply when you are a Starbucks, including food safety standards. I saw a barista washing dishes wrong (they do not go straight from soap to sanitizer, they have to be rinsed first and not rinsed after the sanitizer bath!) and she also made my Vanilla Bean Frappuccino (a dairy drink) in the non dairy pitcher. Not only that, it looked dirty and several things on the customer side were messy and/or empty. To top it all off, the customer service was awful. Usually it's decent, but this time it was just bad.
Had a little bit of a wait but staff was great
