Starbucks

I don't go to starbucks very often, anywhere, but after an exam I decided to get a drink before my class began so when I went to order a plain frappe, the lady at the desk was very rude and told me there is no such thing as a "plain" frappe, like I was stupid. Very rude, not good customer service. The associates continued to chat with each other rather than making customer drinks. Won't be visiting again.
