Alexis Ingram

Just in case this review is anonymous, which I believe it won't be, but my name is Alexis Ingram. This is NOT at all directed towards Statefarm. Starla Strasser is 150% impolite. My situation was a total loss and needless to say...I was in the car during the wreck, which I am sure many car insurance reps hear the sad story about nearing dying, whether they really care or not; is not my concern, but I, myself work in customer service and Starla didn't even try to pretend to care about anything I was going through. My insurance with ST was a non-renew due to excessive claims, all claims resulted in "not my fault" (I checked with Statefarm on each claim.) This year, I moved and emailed a "Coleen" worker about my new address and called once I never received a response back from "Coleen" of my new mailing address. Starla repeatedly said they send me a letter in the mail regarding the non-renewal, but I never got it BECAUSE someone in her office or maybe even Jeffrey's office (the manager before her) didn't update my address correctly. She was unforgivably disgusting to me and my husband. I do not wish her well. at all. She made an already terrible situation into something even WORSE. She repeatedly pointed fingers at the claims department so we would call claims and claims would say "this has nothing to do with us." She pointed the fingers at everyone else; never opened her ears and listened to my facts/dates. She kept saying we were harassing her office. Look, I can call how many times I need to, but seriously we called twice in 2 WEEKS, to get questions answered. And we even asked the representative to not give the call to Starla because we didn't want to speak with her and we did notice that we were on speaker and we asked a question that the representative couldn't answer and whom snatched the phone call...STARLA...it's very strange....She isn't a good manager. She welcomes arguments. STATEFARM FIRE HER. Statefarm took care of me STARLA. Not you. I got everything figured out since you didn't want to help me. Everyone leave this office and go to Brian Gillespie in Newport News.
