Set an appointment almost a month out with a time window from 9 to 11. Got a confirmation call the night before. The day of I waited until 11:10 before I called about the fact that nobody had arrived and nobody had called. The person I spoke with said that they'd have to call the service person and would call me back. After 20 minutes of not receiving a call I called back. Same person picked up the phone. With no apology they simply stated that the service person wouldn't be able to make it today. They made no attempt to make up for missing the appointment and simply offered to start looking for the next available slot. Seeing as how there was a months wait for this first one I decided to find a different company.
So this company wasted almost half of my day and wasted the month I could have spent looking for a different company. I wanted to have our fireplace ready by Christmas but those plans have now been shot down.
