Although visably handicapped, she went through her stock to make sure I hadn't overlooked any. When the needles came in, the company had sent the wrong ones. She got on the phone and fixed the problem. When they were resent, they were what I needed. All this attention for less that $20.00 purchase. Will never shop anywhere else.
