Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

Before I start this review I’ll say I usually stay in 2-3 star motels. I don’t expect greatness for the price but I don’t expect rude and disgusting either. 1. We were told there were conjoining rooms which we reserved and then were told never mind they didn’t have it. 2. We were charged a higher price checking in than what we were quoted. 3. We booked a non smoking room the room smells horribly of smoke. There are cigarette burns in the curtains and sheets. 4. There are only two half sized pillows on a king sized bed. I asked for more and were told there were not any. The bed spread was dirty and was told there was no more of those either. 5. The counter top was crawling in roaches. (Yes we have pictures) 6. The room was very dusty and outdated. 7. The fridge smelled of putrid sour milk. 8. When trying to get help from the receptionist, I could not get her to pause her personal cell phone call long enough to get assistance. She was discussing buying an iPhone 8. 9. The door jams are covered in dust. 10. There is only half a role of toilet paper that is suppose to be sufficient for three people. 11. The toilet stopped up and I’ve been waiting for hours for maintenance. I requested Che king out and was told I still had to pay for the entirety of the room
