I would never bank with SunTrust strictly off of the experience I had at the Bermuda Square Chester location! The customer service is a 1/5 at best. The manager on location is rude so I totally understand why the other employees are too. And on a Saturday they had 19 people waiting in the lobby with 2 customer service representatives. The perception was that none of them wanted to be at work the day after Veteran's Day. Bank somewhere that values you as a member!!!!!!!!
