Absolutely terrible mortgage lender. Incompetent, rude, and unprofessional - their loan officer actually screamed at me on the phone so loudly that my boss at work could hear it and asked me if I was okay. I reported this to the officer's supervisor in a series of three voicemails, and she never returned my call. Needless to say, this loan officer also had extremely poor communication, even down to the point where I could not get a hold of him for weeks and seriously considered the possibility that he died. When I did get to speak with him, he would never listen to me; my husband would ask hi man to do the exact same task, and he would do it. He was thick with chauvinism from the minute we met. Lastly, what most banks take 3 weeks to do, it took them 6 months to accomplish, and even with that amount of time, we missed our closing date because they were still working. OverLl, I would strongly recommend that you NOT use this bank for a mortgage or for management of any of your money. We didn't realize how bad they were until it was too late to turn back. We plan to refinance with a different bank as soon as we are able to in one year.
