I went at 7pm and had my choice of the bays, with no employees around... there's enough old signage that you can figure out what their process is. Nothing it in pristine condition, the soap hose leaked a bit, and the bay floors were pretty grungy, but I washed my car the way I like for $5 (6 tokens). It looked like their coin machine also would take debit cards. Its not a beautiful place but it's a car wash.
