Do NOT buy the Groupon! The location address is different than the one on the Groupon. So, after calling the Groupon location, I had to call the other location to schedule an appointment. They have very limited appointment times and then when I did schedule an appointment, they called me an hour before my appointment, cancelling it, stating they were sending all their technicians home due to a tornado watch. When I checked the weather, there were "NO WARNINGS OR ADVISORIES IN EFFECT" for the entire Hampton Roads area. Too much trouble to deal with!! Cancelled my Groupon and got a refund!! Not worth the deal!!

Bought a groupon months ago. Every time I called I couldn’t get an answer. I finally get a answer on Monday and set up an appt as my groupon expires in a few days ago. I drive 45 mins and the business has a notice from the sheriff office and looks abandoned. I called the number several times and of course I get no answer. Ridiculous and unprofessional!
