This 5 star rating is based on this location's customer service. The store mgr, Lauren, was the most helpful, non pushy, customer service orientated, problem solving person I've ever dealt with from any cell phone provider. I went in with a goal of switching providers to be cost efficient. She was very honest upfront and stated there may be issues with the service in my area. She provided me the equipment to enhance the service. Went home, wasn't able to gain ANY service. Came back the next day and she was able to give me back my old phones, and helped me to the fullest to retrieve my old service. This lady, in my eyes, went above and beyond my expectations as a consumer. And when T-mobile covers more rural areas, I will bring them my business!
