Long, long story in the short. I lost my phone. I went to T-mobile. I purchased a brand new LG style 3. I used the phone for maybe 8 hours.Had a message for a android update,did it and the phone locked up.Store said possible glitch in the phone. I have called google,LG, and T-Mobile many times. I visited this store twice. First time spent about 45mins was told I had a brand new "brick". That I could never use. The second time 7 days later customer service sent a new phone to the this store. Went to store. 1 hour 42 mins later after still no working phone. Staff told me there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. Just buy a new phone.well finally after over 6 calls to customer service and a lot of time they finally 9 days later sent me a phone to my home. Inserted my sim card and I've got a working phone.Staff tried but without leadership from a manager that I have yet to talk to because he is never there,ever the store did absolutely nothing. And the manager will not return phone calls.I had a horrible, time wasting, frustrating experience with T-MOBILE but finnally have a working phone because of me not this store.
