I promised Gloria (I hope I spelled this correctly) from T-Mobile that I would do this: my experience here was absolutely phenomenal.
I went in with extreme phone complications and they did everything in their power to help me! After hearing my story, they looked into exchanging my iPhone 7 Plus with another of the same model and after some issues were brought to my attention, the didn't stop. They called several companies and eventually called their Headquarters to ask about policy!
I left there with a new iPhone 8 Plus for only $123 - what a steal! JUMP is absolutely the best thing ever and this group of workers know exactly what they are doing and how to treat their customers! I would recommend this location to ANYONE with T-Mobile and would, honestly, even ask people to switch with their great prices, customer service, and their JUMP plan is so worth it!
