I’ve come to this location a couple times for a quick late night meal. Although, the lady I dealt with on 9/16/17 was pleasant almost our whole order was incorrect. The cashier verified our order as well as it being on the screen but was still incorrect. When we got home and realized it wasn’t right I found that I didn’t have a receipt and decided it was easier to pick stuff out then go back and argue about it. The fact that ingredients were put on when asked not to be is what I find absurd. It’s not only a waste of time for both parties but a waste of money. I feel like the staff that makes the meals either just simply doesn’t care or intentionally goes out of their way to screw up orders. For all I know maybe they can’t read, either way I believe this should be addressed to employees. Why bother allowing customers to alter an order if employees are going to make it however they want. I have never gotten a correct order from this location and will no longer be coming here.
