Ted's Montana Grill

First, BURGER WAS EXCELLENT, melt in your mouth good but fries were dry and burnt. My friend ordered the 1/2 fry 1/2 onion ring & only got 2 onion rings. Again dry & burnt. Dessert TOO MUCH and the apples were nasty. The worst part came when time to pay bill. We went and were done before it even got remotely busy. Got the bill, didn't look just put in my CC, what came back was just 2 receipts not itemized. Signed receipt and kept one and got up to leave cause we were already running late for a movie at Hoffman. Went to get up, server got ticket and said thank you but IMMEDIATELY said, "oh I gave you the wrong one" and I was like huh? So he didn't even turn around its like he intentionally gave me the wrong bill. So I was like now what. I trusted he did the right thing, like I said NOT BUSY in there. I should have looked but as I said when the receipts he rang up and brought back to sign were just that, not itemization just and amount so I signed. Anyway, he took it back was gone for a while and then came back for my card, he didn't have what he was going to bill me OR a credit for the one he said was wrong. I said can I have the credit first and he got kinda short with me and was like, "I am trying to do that now". So then he came back with all these copies and I guess a manager and he was trying to explain and apparently the manager said in a nasty tone to me, "didn't you realize" I didn't hear this my friend did, I was listening to the waiter try to explain which was the credit, which I was being charged for etc. By now we are late for the show and my friend is like, "this is what people do when they want to skim your credit card" so now I am freaking out cause I feel like these people are going to steal my CC info. So I am not using this card again and will call my bank in the morning to make sure no other charges have been made. Hell I will probably just go in and get a new one. OH AND $55 FOR TWO BURGERS AND 2 DESSERTS. WHAT?? I should have stayed and questioned that but our movie was already starting at this point. This dive won't be around long. Bottom line, I won't go back.
