Texas Roadhouse

2 in our party: We came on a very busy Friday with a lot of Virginia Tech students moving out or graduating at the end of the semester. The restaurant was clearly at capacity and we were told that the wait would be between 15 and 25 minutes which was reasonable based on the crowd. On busy nights at most chain's I've come to expect understaffed, inattentive personnel as they try their best to deal with the crowds. Not the case at this restaurant. Our table was ready in 7 minutes which was a pleasant surprise. We noticed that the restaurant was fully staffed and there were no empty tables. We are immediately seated by a personable young man and our drink order was taken by our server, Cindy. She too was friendly and efficient. Our drinks came out quickly as well as our appetizers and our food. At one point the manager Hannah came by and made sure everything was okay. She was hustling as were the entire staff. We weren't hurried, our drinks were always full. We were treated like we were the only patrons in the place. But most importantly, our steaks were excellent cuts and cooked to our liking. Not a single thing we could complain about. Now my son's favorite restaurant. A solid five stars.
