Started talking with them over a year ago to build my house. Wrote them the $500 Check to get the design done and all I got was excuses and the cost estimates kept going up with out any reason or disclosures. I have lost all respect for John. I wasted 2 months with them trying to get a final design and cost. I have moved on to another builder that produced complete drawings and an estimate in two weeks without asking for money. I wonder if John just want the cash with no intention of ever building me a house.
