I've been a Customer for over a year, and one of the best things about the company (in addition to its services) is the staff. Everyone in there is great, including the Manager (Cody). They were able to work with me on a payment situation that both benefits myself as well as my good-standing status, and all I needed to do was to have open communication with them. They are willing to work with you - we are all human. As long as you notify them days before the due date, you're in good standing. I look forward in knowing them long after my loan is paid back. Keep up the good work!

To whom it may concern: I must say that Cody is by far the best representative with Title Max ever...hands down! He has been truly a blessing to me and my family, especially considering the fact that we are experiencing a great deal of tragedy, health issues and hardship in 2017...if it weren't for our faith and Cody being so helpful, understanding, considerate, and all around a true blessing... we honestly wouldn't know what to do. There aren't enough words to express how grateful we are to have had such an amazing person as Cody to do business with. I honestly must say that there isn't a better person to start a business relationship with than Cody with Title Max.
