I am giving this review five stars in reference to the customer service that I received from Laquisha. I had lost my title that I received when I paid off the loan. Apparently the the company has a new system and Laquisha she was not able to locate me in that system. She went back to the old system and she found my information. Which took her about 10 minutes. She could have gave up but she didn't. I am giving her props for an excellent customer service representative. Thank you for hiring someone like her for your company. Donna Liburd
