I recently started purchasing clothes through Tom James. I have always had a difficult time trying to find clothes that fit me well. Tom James conveniently fit my work schedule to set up a meeting to prepare a wardrobe and gather measurements. Shirt and pants came back great. My jacket was a little tight in the shoulders so they came back out to me and brought someone who specializes in checking fit. We then got the jacket corrected. It may take a while to get the clothes correct but it is well worth the great fit. Overall great experience.
