If I could give 0 star I would have done so. Avoid this agency at all cost. You might be thinking you are saving money because they are offering cheap flights but it will cost you more. They change your flight two days before your flight date making you stay overnight without giving you any refund or covering your overnight stay. I asked them to change to a different date so I can avoid staying overnight, they are asking me to pay change of flight fees. You email them no response. When you call their customer service they hang up the phone on your face, you call them back and they keep sending you to voice mail. When you finally talk with a person and the person I talked with was Maverick, he yells at you and talks down on you. Then when you asked to be talked to his supervisor, he tells you to call the airline company. Also you can hear other representatives on the background being rude to other customer on the phone. I have been flying constantly over the 20 years, dealt with many airlines, and agencies but never seen anything like this.
