Tri-City Appliance

Took 2 weeks to come out for a service call. Was told my dishwasher drain pump was broken and they would have to order a new one. It’s now week 3 since that service call to my house and every time I call they say they will check on the part order and call me back. THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK! I’ve called 3 times!! Finally got sick of it and called another repair company and guess what??? Drain pump WAS NOT BROKEN! Just a clogged hose!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Had to give it one star there is no minus star options. Rude woman on the phone.. never get my business.
