The first rep saw VERY RUDE and nasty. Got a different person and he was very pleasant and professional. However, they will stated that the call can be recorded and monitored, so I challenged them to record it. WELL, that did not happen, so I recorded them. I think they just say that to intimate you. Usually people don't know that they have a collection and just want information about the bill. The collection agency should not be rude to people. Just be nice to people. Thank you Mr. Gomez.
