Multiple times, Very obvious courtier Never actually attempted delivery. no rings, no knocks. We have been home 5 of the "attempts" for 3 separate occations waiting for delivery. Multiple individuals at home. Not a single real attempt was made. This is not including the 2 time when a package was delivered to the wrong unit ( there are ONLY 4 units. The numbers are HUGE). I have only been in this area less than a year. And I have only had so many packages through usps. (About 10 maybe?) The Failure rate is basically 80% USPS is a dinosaur of the old world that either need to die or change all together.
