Passport section very bossy very rood. Not helpful at all, she knows that her boss want do nothing to her no matter what . She would not let me fix my daughters hair or let her where a coat for the passport photo .she said it would be fine. Very racist. It seems like the manager does not read the reviews. I ask about her they said she is not there. I will go higher and file a complaint. This situation has to change , she get paid to serve the citizens not to abuse them.
