Easy dropoffs, and the one time I used the store to ship something everything was quick and easy. Employees were nice and professional, and answered any questions I've had. The only reason for four stars was due to the back door being open, allowing cigarette smoke from someone (not necessarily a UPS Store employee) smoking, outside in the back, to come in (roughly around October 2016).
