Over the past year, I have personally complained to the clerks and manager that the carrier keeps delivering our neighbors' mail and they receive ours- to different street names. Each time they assure me that they will speak with the carrier- nothing changes and this continues almost weekly. Last Thursday, I spoke with the manager and explained that this issue continues and that I had reported this in the past two months to the clerk that was also there. The clerk denied everything. I went home and on the very next day, I received two envelopes that were addressed to two different neighbors. I returned to the office and spoke with a clerk. She would not sign a receipt for me showing that I was giving them the two erroneously delivered mail. I then left my contact information- for the 5th time. I get home- and there are two other pieces of mail intended for someone else. MAJOR PERFORMANCE ISSUES- and no one calls back or corrects this issue!
