Anyone who is looking for phenomenal value and quality craftsmanship should strongly consider The Brixton Collection by Van Metre Homes located in Brambleton, VA. They have a beautiful 3-level urban inspired end unit townhome available for immediate delivery. With all three levels finished you get close to 2400 sq/ft, along with large windows to allow natural light in, upgraded kitchen package and the best part they just reduced the price! Jeannie and Lisa were amazing to deal with! They took the time to answer all our questions (and we had MANY), followed up to make sure we were comfortable and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because these two young ladies and Van Metre are AWESOME!
