The staff is untrained and they stand around joking for the most part. I turned one of three TV boxes in because we ended up not using it. The associate "JolMar" and I got a receipt. Somehow he or the Verizon system generated another email saying I turned in all of my equipment. Hours later my service was discontinued, even though I still had my router and to other TV boxes. The CSR, Henry had to create a new account for me at 4:00pm. His manager never called me to discuss a free month of service for my significant inconvenience. Henry also lied and told me my service would be re-establish by 8:00pm, with an elevated service ticket. It's now past midnight and we have no service.
