The food at this restaurant was delicious and authentic. They had a good selection of vegetarian options and were willing to alter some dishes to make them vegetarian. The staff was very friendly and attended to our every need. Food came out super fast. Will visit again!

Short on service, long on options, this place is worth a try. I love Pho - I really do. I also have a good basic understanding of traditional versus Americanized Asian cuisine. Vietnam One is more traditional than most of the big name, big restaurant Pho places around Richmond. They have plenty of options and their ingredients taste fresh and unadultered. Couple of tips from a friend of mine who is a regular: 1. Order by number instead of name - all dishes are numbered, and since service tends to be a bit quick, it helps avoid confusion. 2. Soda is priced by the can. 3. Try soups OTHER than the Pho - they're very good! Overall I like the size of the restaurant, quality of food, and quantity for the money. Stick with a glass of water (or a beer) and you're golden!
