I'm giving a one star review. To be fair they cleaned my clothes acceptably, but that's a prerequisite for a laundry. I look for professionalism and good service, not a decent wash. Went in to drop off 4 shirts for laundering. Accidentally told them to dry clean it so I went right back in and told them to launder instead. I thought I saw them move them from the bag they put them in initially to a different bag which I assumed was for laundering instead of dry cleaning. When I went back to pick up they couldn't find my order in the system by my phone number, so I had to leave to dig up my ticket from drop off so I could come back and pick up. The ticket had my phone number on it, why they couldn't find my order, I don't know. No apology for the inconvenience. Then they said they had sent them for dry cleaning and charged me accordingly. Again, no apology for the mix up or anything. While I understand the mistakes, I do not accept the rudeness with which they treat customers. No apologies, no explanations, and constantly speaking over the customer when they are trying to explain something. They seemed more concerned that I might request a discount (I wouldnt, so long as they were dry cleaned) than about losing a customer. Will definitely be going to a different cleaner from now on.
