I was having a good experience with this business until today. They have had my vehicle for over 3 weeks. I never complained. My insurance company paid for a rental until Monday...I paid out of pocket til today & would've continued to do so had they not called and offered a loaner (98 Dodge Stratus that jerked, brakes to floor to stop, smoked & RPMs up/down). I didn't feel safe in vehicle so I returned it after 5 mins of driving. Explained to the receptionist at front desk & was good. I called Uber & was patiently waiting for my driver. Then comes this woman, who I had no contact with, asking me what the problem was. I again explained my experience driving car. She proceeded to tell me her mechanic said it was fine. My response was that's ok but I don't feel safe in it so I do not want it. Mind you my child is with me & Im still trying to understand why she's even speaking to me...with an attitude & raised voice. Again, I'm just sitting, waiting. She goes on & on trying to give special instructions on how to operate the vehicle & how they were not going to pay for a rental. I never once asked them to pay for anything nor did I ask for their loaner...they contacted me & offered the loaner because they've had my vehicle for 3+ weeks. I have another vehicle to drive & can pay for my own rental so it wasn't a big deal until she made it into one. I don't know what her problem is or was but I will never use their services again, will not refer any business their way & will file a formal complaint with my insurance company. If this is the face of their business, I don't trust them & it might explain why it's taken so long for them to repair the hail damage to my vehicle. To the gentleman who updated me on the status of my vehicle, thank you! And the 2 African-American front desk clerks, thank you! To the lil lady with the napoleon complex you turned a good experience into the worse ever! Your customer service sucks!!
