Not very well organized. Sent in a change of address. When my DCJS card was renewed, it was sent to my old address. I had to physically go in and pick it up a d do a change of address at the same time. They realized they made a mistake when they saw that I had done a change of address months earlier.

over 1 month waiting on my card and still waiting. I call the customer service and wait on line for 45 mins just to be told "that due to high call volume" I will not be attended. Horrible service
