when we started with them 5 years ago they were great. Then about 3 years ago the office staff and the doctors changed. Several doctors started to leave due to issue with the new office management company they hired. The doctors, well you might get luck and get a good one but the odds are not in your favor. Also they do not seem to share information between doctors which has put us in several dangerous situations with our children. As for the office staff, they are the worst out there. They are surly, nasty and down right impossible to work with. It is their policy to overcharge and not tell you when you when doctors are pushing extras that you don't need and your insurance will not cover. Total scam and they have a poor rating with BCBS. Call BCBS and ask. They send you to collections if you ask for a explanation of charges that your insurance has denied. I have had ?BCBS co to bat for me 7 times with their collections thugs for items that they charged me for but did not bill BCBS for. The "loose" your payment all the time as well. I have had to involve my credit unit NFCU and my Visa company several times to get proof of payment for co pays and denied claims. Do you self and kids a favor go somewhere else. Finally they push their social agenda on you. The found out my work deals with guns and they "require" us to fill out a mental wellness and gun safety form every time we go in for appointment. The pest part is then they charge you for processing the forms.
