Stranded us after taking our money for a round trip. Waited 45min after making return trip call where we discussed pickup and location. Claimed we never rode with them at all and that we never contacted them for pick up. Had to then receive a ride from a local patron at the restaurant. I would give zero stars and report them to the Better Business Bureau if I could. Unfortunately I don't even know if they're a company. Avoid at all costs.

Unreliable - first and now last time I tried to use these guys I booked a Cab two days in advance to take my Mother to dialysis; they failed to show up at all, called the office, no one answered the phone. Don't use these guys if it's important you get where you need to be.
