Waste Management - Fredericksburg, VA

We used Waste Management for the past 2 years for our residential pick-up service. The past month, I've been speaking with Waste Management customer service every week. The trash person is dumping our recycling (we hand sort and store recycling here at the house) into the same receptical that the trash is dumped in. The customer service people lied by saying the trash truck has 2 compartments so it is deceiving. I watched and video taped the trash company not recycling. Thats not even the worst of it! After the last and final complaint (3 complaints), we ask for our service to be stopped after December (we pay in full for 3 months of service). Waste Management came to the house the last week of November, took thier cans, and left the trash that was in them in my yard!?!! WTF?! The worst trash service, over priced by over $20 per month, and horrible customer service department! Call County Waste or any of the other guys. Its trash, not rocket science!
